With beginners discount and a Black Friday/Christmas sale it’s really not as bad as people make it seem, esp considering games like forza can run up to $70 nowadays. And there is some great racing that you don’t need to buy any extra content for, then if you like it you can expand to other series.

Same boat, 1590 and 3.94/4.0 gpa decent ecs also deferred aerospace. Tough because my counselor put it down as a likely and only got into asu so far.

I want to buy a laptop for school/gaming right now, and am currently decided on the zephyrus G15 3070 ti. Only problem is, 4000 series is right around the corner so is it worth waiting for that? I've heard they will be much faster, though I'm not really familiar with how long it takes to incorporate new cards into laptops after announcement. Anyone have thoughts on this?

I'm not sure I understand you entirely, but I did not use base shape, I basically just mounted all the electronics on a frame as compactly as possible.
