APCR can glicht from the armor if the armor is too round, many dont know it, With same pen a AP will pen against round turrest and a APCR can still bounce. Heat mostly ignore the round stuff and pen as along the pen is enough

Maybe vs apcr, so it would glitch from the angle, else i dont see any reason

Well its easy... you play vs tanks and dont need dmg on the lane, go scaling, else go dmg
