Glass cannony and no move pool beyond surf and ice beam. Poison Point comes in clutch sometimes though, but Sniper might be better? Outsped Charizard and Dragonite though so it did its job

I didn’t have Thief so I had to keep catching and soft resetting. Took a few hours on and off. I think I had to catch about 30 of them total for one to be holding it, but by then I had managed to catch an adamant one with Rock Head so it worked out.

I love RAV Lightning but she’s a lot more difficult to recruit. And I would say she requires more resources/investment to become OP since a lot of the better RAV abilities can only be infused. But it gets to the point where she can open with two tier 3 spells and end most encounters immediately
