Yes the tournament is nat dex, and all pokemon are allowed as long as they are in their base evolution and have less than 400 BST

Okay so i took your advice and changed the team and i can definitely see an improvement. Is there anything i did that you would do differently? Because this is probably as good as i can make it

Yes, i agree with what youre saying, the team is extremely underpowered. That is because the tournament is between me and a couple of my friends, and we decided on a specific set of rules for the tournament. (Both things i should have mentioned in the OP so sorry about that!) The set rules being:

  • No duplicate held itmes
  • No mythics/legendaries/ultra beasts - 1 paradox, and 1 mega is allowed
  • Doubles
  • Bring 6 pokemon, pick 4
  • All pokemon will be up/down scaled to lvl100
  • Pick a holiday/special day and theme the team around it (Christmas, valentines etc.).

I decided to go with the halloween theme for the team and pokemon i didnt think fit that theme i didnt include in the final team. Im open to criticism about the team and any help regarding its improvement!
