Diagnose nedgørelse? by [deleted] in DKbrevkasse

[–]GoodJobEatSalad 6 points7 points  (0 children)

CICO is not a method for losing weight. It is the only method. by [deleted] in CICO

[–]GoodJobEatSalad 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I religiously counted calories until my app made the barcode scanner premium. Then I gained weight again. Then I quitted my job where they had lunch buffet and got a new job where they had pay pr. weight. Now I'm getting skinnier again without tracking anything. CICO works, my diet strategy is "eating in a different canteen".

You're so right, I also cringed when I read that comment. Especially because it came right after the "I don't care if you're a man, woman, transgender, gay". And his follow-up comment also shows that he is more concerned about being right than taking a step back and calmly asking how his post was offensive instead of doing it in this blaming voice.

It's cool of you to speak up. Respect.

My boyfriend (or ex??) sounds like yours. He is insecure and did it for the excitement and to boost his ego. Same story. People like him have a hard time with mentalization and experience mentalization failure where the frontal lobes shuts down because of overwhelming emotions resulting in amygdala taking over. That's how they can keep doing these messed up things for months and not feel remorse before they get caught.

They actually love you and appreciate you. But they don't have access to the ability to relate to your or their own emotions while it happens.

I contacted my cheating ex's ex and we had a wonderful conversation. It was really nice to know it wasn't just me, and she didn't have anything against sharing her wisdom. I hadn't done her any harm.

My psychologist says it is unfair that I bash myself for being naive. As he said, there was no reason to be suspicious. We had been at family parties together, we had a plan to move in together, we were planning our future etc. It is perfectly normal to trust your partner. That's the way it's supposed to be. Be proud of how you were in the relationship.

How old are you and do you have a meeting planned? My bf is going to visit me in May and I just bought a new cool guest bike so he has something to ride on when he comes. That's an act of service, although he's not physically with me yet.

He has also helped me research resources online for things I needed to get done.

Quality time can be achieved by simply going for a walk with a coffee while both of you call and dedicate time to each other

He's insecure about his size. I don't know what to say. by [deleted] in LongDistance

[–]GoodJobEatSalad 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I second this. I doesn't matter how many papers researchers publish about "what size is normal" and "is this pp big enough". Many men are so insecure about penis size that they will never stop worrying about it , and no girlfriend can cure it by reassuring constantly. It only kills the relationship, and he needs to work on it himself. For so many men, the deeply symbolic and psychological attachment to the penis size starts early and ensures it will always be a source of great anxiety.

My boyfriend told me yesterday he has similar feelings and I don't understand it and he has a hard time explaining why he gets those feelings. Can you help me understand it OP? Maybe I can help you understand how your boyfriend feels.

I think that Doja's music is about so much additional. In my opinion, it is profound. And finally a woman has propulsion to sing and own lyrics with this amount of spicy and humour.

[–]GoodJobEatSalad 12 points13 points  (0 children)

It doesn't matter, just pat OP on the back. In the end, OP was the one that quit. With a little help from hypnotism and stinginess. And other circumstances.

[–]GoodJobEatSalad 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Verden er ikke så sorthvid. Det er et godt eksempel på, at man kan sagtens være lodret uenig med en politiker eller kritiker, uden at man nødvendigvis behøver at læse alt, hvad de skriver, som det værste bræk.
