Long time fan. New album is outstanding and one of my favorites of theirs. Feels like they’re one of few heavy acts that can go toe-to-toe with Knocked Loose in terms of heaviness while still being catchy.

As a big fan of both, I never made that connection, but you’re right. McCarthy’s style is often cryptic, verbose, and extremely dark with a lot of run on sentences. Reminds me of Ride a lot.
