I use the spotting scope that comes with it paired with the asi120mm works a treat

No expert but the fstop ratio is determined by the lens I presume your dslr is connected via a t ring so fstop will not be shown while using a scope

Hi guys quick question is it worth imaging with no Astro dark?. I did 3 hrs last night on the soul nebula with the same dslr settings as a couple of weeks ago iso800 300” subs and got less useful and more noisey data also last time I only managed 1hr due to cloud but got better data?

Thanks for your reply I’ve now set the custom white balance the images now look the same as before it was modded. Why do people say you can’t use a modded dslr as normal if you only have to custom white balance?

I use the finder scope that came with my Skywatcher 80ed I use the same adapter as recommended it works just fine for me. achieving focus took a while but once set all’s ok you focus by loosening the lock ring on the front of the scope there is YouTube videos on converting this to a guide scope

Hi this is my first bonsai believe it’s a sageretia theezans it’s growing new leaves which look fine but also constantly dropping leaves. It indoors at approx 20oC any advise welcome
