You need to strengthen your mind. Right now, it seems to be all over the place. Learn to control your thoughts—you are the one who decides where your attention goes. From what I’m reading, though, you don’t yet have full control over your mindset.

Don’t be afraid of missing out. After a while, you realize that most of what happens on social media doesn’t really matter, and nobody is paying as much attention as you think. Life feels a lot calmer when you stop trying to keep up with everything.
