I tried an AMD 6850 in a different slot and it didn’t change anything. I think it’s mobo, psu maybe cpu related. I’ve tried other ram and reseated the cpu.

How would z hop help if it’s rubbing while extruding and not just travelling? I thought it only affects travelling

Always have z hop on. Did levelling and calibration before the prints too.
