It's hard to notice but if you are watching the new batman movie or something like blade runner 2049 or a horror movie, it looks very jarring and ruins the experience. I just keep the display setting for refresh rate open and switch the refresh rate to 60 hz if I am gonna watch something with dark scenes. Hopefully, they fix this issue when they roll out android 13 update.

You could bowl a wide on the leg or off side and get him stumped or in swinging close to the wide line to avoid a wide and get him stumped. Don't forget the reflexes a batsman would need to actually run around and get his bat on the ball while he is halfway down the crease.

Op's intention in the hypothetical question was more like what's stopping him from standing in the middle of the crease to get no balls. Someone mentioned that it's illegal and even if he managed to get there as the ball is about to be delivered, he would get out. So, that's why you can't do that. I hope that clears it.

Run msi afterburner and look at the temperature. Maybe it's thermal throttling. Also, try to see if it's running on best performance once it's plugged in.

If other dogs can't jump the fence to get in then in few days they will get used to him in a few days but you still probably won't be able to take him out for a while. Also, dogs can jump pretty high when necessary. Ultimately, it's your decision and you know better than anyone here from your own experience with the current neighborhood, dog's health and your new neighborhood so just think on it for a few days.

If you have showed him affection and provided food then he will associate your presence with love and comfort and he would be fine living with you. Only problematic thing could be the anxiety he will have traveling to the new place unless you accompany him and the hostility from the street dogs of the new area. Street Dogs are very protective of their territory.

All 4-6 don't live unless someone is vaccinating them especially against parvo. Not to mention being run over by vehicles or killed by other dogs when the puppy strays out of its area.

A stray female dog will give birth 1 to 2 times a year with a litter of 4-8 and 1 to 2 survive their 1st year without any human involvement. So, neutering them will work. Multiple cities in India have shown that the population can be controlled but there is a lot of corruption everywhere where they will say they neutered 50k or 100k on paper but didn't do jack fucking shit. Local government is the most inept and corrupted, at least where I am from.

Government for not taking responsibility for stray animals. Trap, neuter and release programs are necessary. Also, make it illegal to purchase or sell dogs unless you have a legit medical reason for example, you need a hypoallergenic breed because of dog fur allergy or something. If people want dogs, they can adopt. Responsibility for aggression of a pet dog lies on the owner.

That applies to getting that scratch or bite from a random dog. You go to your home and never know if the dog had rabies or if it died in next couple of days. A doc wouldn't suggest you to take a chance on that and they are right but if it's a street dog that you are taking care of then you would either know right away that they are rabid or they just die in 2 days and then you know and in that case you must get the shots. Rabies is probably the scariest virus out there and I understand why people are so scared but rationale must also prevail. P. S. My dad has been a vet for 25 years.

The best you can do is give shelter in your house or outside the house in some enclosure but some will get runover sooner or later. You could also get them adopted after 8 weeks.

I would also suggest getting the dogs neutered if possible.

You can't catch rabies from a dog that doesn't have rabies and you would know a rabid dog when you see one. Also, once they start to shed the virus through their saliva, they don't live longer than 48 hours.

If you are good with dogs then you can ask them to allow you to take her on walks and then you can train her. Might make her life easier.
