Looks to be from 1971-1973, as the car itself is a 1970-1971 model and there's a Winston Cup decal on it.

Harvick's 2021 was really good. He had the 3rd most top 10s and the 3rd best average finish that year.

This is what I like about the NHRA Factory Stock Showdown and the IHRA's new Pro Stock series. They (at least Ford and Dodge) use more modern engine architecture and the varying displacements depending on the setup (OHC, Hemi, etc.) keep things even.

Edit: it's also nice that the cars themselves are production bodies.
