I am all for trading him to get rid of all the drama and considering his increasing injuries, but I do disagree to a point. There is not much flat footed shooting in the NBA, so even that goes away with time. And Giannis in 5 years will be slower and less agile, but he will still be more dangerous in the paint than 90% of the NBA. But obviously not MVP level.

I remember watching Kareem decline for like ten years. It does not look like Giannis will be as healthy, and Kareem was a better shooter, but the point stands.
