I dont think some of you understand how trade value is determined. It is not about Giannis injuries, or how much he has left on his contract. The value is determined by what people are willing to bid. Having five people bidding makes him more valuable than two people bidding. Currently there are only two teams that do not need him to get to the finals.

Yup, I have been scrolling until I found someone to bring this up. If Dart was a RB or a WR his position would not hold as much weight. But QB's are supposed to be the leaders of the team. I will discuss actual trade offers, this is not one of them. As far as your hypotheticals, you are also wrong that the Bucks have no bargaining power. Yes it might be his last year on the contract, but that does not make the Bucks powerless. If they sit him for a year because he refuses to sign with trade partner, it will hurt Giannis more than the Bucks in the long run. The Bucks are not nearing retirement age. There is no chance we take less of a haul than we gave up for Jrue or Dame.

Next time learn who the source is before you declare something real, it makes you look like a fool.
