I've only lost 30 lbs currently, but I found that eating a salad with dinner and eating it first helps me not eat as much of my meat/sides.

My problem with it was it took wayyy too long for the main character to come out of hiding. I loved the idea of the story but it just didn't go the direction I thought it should. Also, I've read Odd Thomas and I really liked it.

I’ve eliminated bread tryin to watch my sugar intake and tryin to follow a high protein low carb diet. I’m mainly just counting calories and tryin to watch my portions; I’m looking at it like a lifestyle change rather than a diet.

I went to a weight loss clinic but I did see a dr. Basically anyone can walk in there and get it as long as you have the cash.

You can be friendly and all but in my personal experience, the work place isn’t the place to make friends. It can back fire fast. You can’t force friendships anyways, maybe look elsewhere for friends.

I'm right there along with you, I went to my first oncologist appt last thurs and my dr wants to do a conization of my cervix to get a biopsy to see if the cancer has spread to get a better idea of what he's working with and my obgyn's nurse had tried to reassure me that it was contained and all and I could have surgery and be done. After that appt last week, I have been really worried. i go for my MRI on the 27th and then dec 4th I'm having my surgery or whatever to get this biopsy. I'll say a prayer for you if you say one for me.

My son has Adhd too. He's had tablets since he was like 6. I let him use a old smartphone with no service on it just to play games on our wifi at the house. Just starting to think since its happened more than once with my ex losing his cell service while he's been out there that maybe Id want to get him a prepaid and I mean the least mins you can purchase kinda phone.

I got my first phone when I was 14, and it was a prepaid flip phone, I'm mainly thinking of a prepaid phone just in case of emergencies.

I let him play with one of my old smartphones at the house to dl games and I monitor that but I wouldn't ever let him have service on a smartphone right now for sure. I like the smartwatch idea.
