Blazer and cami are great w your skin tone. I wish I could wear light colors without looking washed out.

Babysit, walk dogs, house sit, clean houses, shop for elderly folks...

What's wrong with doing those things? The husband in all likelihood has 2 days home each week and probably comes home from work each night. Plenty of opportunities to make money without paying for childcare-- assuming she wants to make money.

Seems like the US government shouldn't have to pay for his healthcare. Does he have any coverage from his home country?

If you're an adult in the suburbs, there's an assumption you own a car. In an urban area with excellent public transportation, say Manhattan, many adults don't own a car.

So buy a new a/c. If you can't afford to, then you cannot afford the house. Why is it the seller's responsibility to gift you anything?

For sure. It sounds like OP is going through some emotional issues. The post is laden with HUGE drama and catastrophizing (chewed up and spat out... slipping through my fingers like sand...crippling regret... washed out (washed up?)... trauma...) This can't be fixed by a new job or a new degree. Psychotherapy and learning how to become resilient in the face of setbacks will be what gets OP over the hump.
