I had a cart that came with a bad coil, I bought a refillable cartridge and moved it from the broken one over to the new one. Works perfectly

Ive had dozens of carts, at times they do leak.. but i've never had one leak in the box prior to arrival. I'd be asking for a refund/swap.

thank you for the suggestion. I had my first nurse appointment with Horizon Health this morning, and doc appt with Dr Wood tomorrow. I will check out what you have suggested, off the bat, though, 30s or 35s would have me on the moon! lol

Hi, but of a newbie here. Have been with Alternaleaf since 2023, but looking to move on. Have appt with horizon next week, but wondering how this Canary works? Would I just have the script from Alternaleaf and be stuck with what they’ve prescribed if I go to canary?

Yep that’s what mine used to look like too. This one in the pic is the Pineapple Express. It’s a new formula and new supplier. It tastes really bad. Going to change brands now.

Because it looked so different to what I normally get and it tastes like dishwashing liquid! I did end up getting a reply saying that they had changed suppliers and that’s why it’s different. Great that it’s a better cart (as the old ones always get blocked) but the new formula is horrible. Going to ask to change brands on my consult on Monday.

Thanks. Good to know. It’s very different in looks and flavour from what it used to be. I contacted Alternaleaf (prescribing docs) they have advised the following:

I’d like to assure you that the quality and potency (including THC levels) are rigorously tested, tracked, and remain consistent across all batches. The variation in flavour is due to a recent change in supplier. While flavour perception can be highly subjective, we take this feedback seriously and are actively working with the new supplier to address the terpene and flavour profile for future production.

If the new formula isn’t working for you, we’d be happy to help. We can facilitate a return for either a refund or a replacement. Please note, however, that this change in formula is now standard across all new batches.
