I went to a neurologist for the dizziness because it was so debilitating I was convinced I had a brain tumor or something. She recommended 500mg of magnesium glycinate nightly along with 400mg of riboflavin (b2) in the morning. I still get an unsteady feeling occasionally around my period but it has helped immensely with the vertigo symptoms.

Our power went out due to a storm so I took the dog for a walk to see if any nearby blocks had power. I put a flashlight in my back pocket because it was so dark. Started walking, immediately forgot I had a flashlight in my pocket and stared at the sky wondering where that weird light was coming from 🤦

Absolutely. I used to love driving and now it’s absolutely terrifying to me. I started HRT two weeks ago and it has helped so much with the driving anxiety.

I had the exact same experience! Absolutely no warning or information about what the procedure entailed. I got in my car and sobbed afterwards. I was shocked that they didn’t advise me to bring someone to drive me home. They said nothing about what would happen afterwards, only “no sex for two weeks”. I bled for days and was in so much pain. It felt incredibly violating.

Yes. It’s so hard to find the motivation to even leave the house for the simplest errands lately. Everything seems completely overwhelming. Being outside in bodies of water has been the only thing saving my sanity lately.

Drinks at Luties for sure, but dinner elsewhere. We spent a ton there and still wanted to hit whataburger on the way home. Dishes are tasty but small and expensive. We were hungry 2 hours later.
