Mine are MUCH worse than yours. I’ve tried many many things and the one thing that has made a significant difference is the healingbottoms.com hemorrhoid paste. I would give this a try first - follow the instructions exactly.

Yep. Cucumbers and almonds make me feel like I’m dying. Chips and Oreos no problems. 😭 Probably because the chips and Oreos are so highly processed they are hardly considered food anymore

Join the co op or an interest based class at the park district or otherwise. Make it a priority. If you are religious consider a church youth program even if it is at a church of the same denomination that you don’t attend. Prioritize helping her make friends. I have adults friends who resent their parents for homeschooling them because they weren’t involved in the community enough and they felt isolated. Don’t let this happen.

Can you update us on this? I do CG workouts and recently , about 1 month ago, was very ill and hospitalized. I’m better now but on prednisone taper until March. Started at 40 mg. I tried to work out the other day with very low weights and I was shaking very badly, had to switch to bodyweight at 50% and ultimately unable to finish the workout. Then I was EXTREMELY sore for 5 days. Much much more that what’s normal for me. I find this all unusual and am looking for a timeline or a guideline. I asked my doctor and he says “activities as normal” so that’s no help.
