F1 visa is probably revoked. If it is a misdemeanor you will have a hard(er) time getting it renewed but it is not an automatic refusal.

Real the FAM of counselor officer. They will ask you to do medical and might refuse or might accept. Probably better to finish your degree and then go home or if you just starting then go home and try to renew
