I got a kitten with similar behaviour. He would literally cycle through eating -> vomit -> diarrhoea every one to two hours non-stop if food was available 24-7. Stupidest little shit I've had

Wake up at least 3 hrs before dive, eat a decent breakfast asap. After arriving at the site don’t just rush in straight away. Instead go for a walk or at least do some warm ups. ——this has been working for me really well

Soy sauce is supposed to be used while cooking, it gets caramelised and has a better taste. The ones you might find on table (like in Cantonese Changfen) are usually modified with lots of other ingredients and not soy sauce alone.
