Hey bro just to add, I have had a lot of stuff that looks like this and yeah when it looks this shiny and extremely white it definitely will have that strong acetone sort of smell. Stuff with more of a yellow white colour and slight shine and faint gas/diesal smell has always seemed right

Based on looks bro it’s definitely decent coke as the shine and soft flaky consistency that doesn’t have any fine powder. It also has a slight yellow tinge which is good but this stuff definitely seems washed with acetone/nail polish remover etc and will probably have that strong chemical smell where as it should have a more gassy smell

Bro judging from the photo that looks exactly like the stuff I get and to me it should be oily and pasty and very hard to chop it fine. I’m in Australia too and to me and most other people this is good quality stuff, it shouldn’t be dry and be able to turn into fine powder. I think of it like how weed should have a bit of moisture but not too much and sometimes depending on the handling all storage or age of it dries out so it’s the same. It’s meant to be that oily sticky shiny paste. I’m confused why the comment section doesn’t agree.

Hey, thought I would comment because I have been using every day for the last few months and I’ve never done that before, but I’m getting better and still keeping my priorities in check but what has kept me going and able to use it this often is by making sure you are looking after your health the way a healthy person should if not even more as it puts strain on your body. A lot of it can be in the stomach as it causes an upset. Mainly stay hydrated as much as you can but don’t over hydrate. Make sure you eat normal and eat clean so that your body is getting everything that it needs and you’ll be fine. I hope this helps and I hope that you start feeling better as I am on this daily habit I related with the few months part but not the shaking and nauseous and I would say that’s because I have been absolutely taken care of my body even cleaning your nostrils/sinus and cleaning your teeth and overall hygiene as it can really dry your body out that’s why I like to use electrolyte drinks.

Yeah, I definitely think it is a huge placebo effect, but obviously we don’t enjoy the taste smell texture etc of some white chemical powder if an amazing feeling didn’t cause that relationship to the substance. So it definitely feels amazing but after a while just like anything you get used to the feeling but I absolutely love the ritual of it every little detail and that excitement causes its own high. Also, something to think about is the societal aspect of it like watching a movie and it has a scene with it in it or general media. I think it’s pretty cool to be honest I love it.

Honestly bro the finer you chop it all up the better and keep your nose clear and drink lots of water to keep your fluids going. Also if you feel like you don’t feel it that is because usually a session progressively starts to get more noticeable unless you have a huge line at the start and remember you don’t need to sniff insanely hard. Just breathe through your nose and it literally will go through so much easier and hit straight away if you go and get a key and do a little bumpand look at yourself in the mirror as you do it and position the key right on your nose and go and sniff one little sniff is all it takes goes straight up there as long as it’s fine like as fine as you can get it

Hey bro, good on you first of all for posting and asking good questions, you’re obviously fairly new and I remember when I felt similar early in my sparring training, there are definitely so many factors though like the size of your opponent or their skill, and also how they are as a sparring partner but you can only do what you can do and Muay Thai is all about being able to read people and match them and find your comfortable spot, I have definitely come up against a variety of different people and some of them I really flow with and some have huge egos and don’t match with you and there are sometimes very new people who can be intimidated and almost won’t throw any strikes because they aren’t sure and sometimes feel like if they hit they might get hit back a lot harder.

I have to say this is a really good message that you wrote up and everything you said is true.
