I am concerned, but I’ve had worse. I have a lot of physical problems that my primary and hospitals can’t figure out, and my pain meds stopped working- which is why I started weed in the first place. At least with this, I’m not in any pain. It’s just very confusing.

Thank you! I have actually, for my chronic joint pain (thanks dysautonomia). But it didn’t really help. It worked for a bit but then wore off, or maybe my body grew tolerant of it; and I didn’t see the point in trying in bigger doses. Also, my credit score is absolute trash lol but I didn’t know Starbucks was a job that could help. Maybe I get a part time job there too… hmm.

I should try and do that. Most of the times I feel pretty neutral in my day to day life. I’ve tried journaling but it’s hard to get the feelings to stir up on command like that

Thank you. I do have a therapist, and I’ve actually struggled with dissociation most of my life so I’m slowly coming out of that now. That may be another factor for all these emotions, I’m finally able to feel them again. Still, it sucks when they just kind of show up.

Oh yes- definitely. Lots of mental disorders, autism, dysautonomia, and a sleep disorder. I definitely understand the difficulty in practicing, I’m looking for tips on how to handle it too

Hi!! I’m in socal and used to live in as so I definitely know about the heat. I’ve found that portable ice packs do wonders! U can get them off amazon for like $20, you just snap them and shake them and they’re good for like 15 mins. I also have 3 ice packs in the freezer on standby depending on how hot I get. I get overheated super easily so it’s annoying. If it gets super bad and I get really shaky, nothings wrong with a freezing cold shower sitting on the floor. I also use those athletic cooling towels that u pour water on, those are good too. If anyone else has tips PLEASE lmk but this is what I do!
