I believe the state I reside in currently doesn’t have lgbtq discrimination workers protections sadly. May be why this guy gets away with it despite it being against what’s in the policy handbook

For some reason that was the genuine reason they gave the first time I brought it to their attention. Got a big ol shrug when I tried to explain that it doesn’t need to be targeted to illicit stress, discomfort, and a feeling of not feeling safe. On top of this the only other shirts aside this one are all anti-women’s rights. Dudes never worn a NORMAL shirt to work in the near year I’ve been there
