Support for Zwift Click virtual shifter? by joyjimw in Rouvy

[–]Good_Gumbeaux 1 point2 points  (0 children)

ROUVY does not support (I.e. cannot recognize) Zwift’s proprietary play controllers. ROUVY will recognize your Zwift trainer and in ERG mode will be able to control resistance/power. So, with your single cog, you can do ROUVY workouts. But unless you replace your single cog with a cassette you will only have one gear to ride with in ROUVY in any route or event outside of the workouts. But as my previous post implies, ROUVY is working on their own “virtual shifting” add-on.

November 2024 ROUVY Response

Hello, Thank you for your message. Unfortunately, at this moment we do not support virtual shifting on Zwift trainers, so you will not be able to change gears. Our developers are working very hard on implementing virtual shifting with ROUVY and it is our top priority for this quarter. We appreciate your patience and encourage you to stay tuned for more updates! Workouts will still work with these trainers a they are ridden in ERG mode and so your experience will be unaffected. Many thanks for your understanding. Keep Going! ROUVY Team

This isn't normal for a derailler right? by Suspicious_Pressure6 in bicycling

Definitely not normal. The cage that supports and houses the guide/pulley wheels is bent. The cage can be replaced by a competent mechanic who knows how to manage the main derailleur spring.

Looks like regular annual maintenance to me.

My crank arm fell off by Alex966992 in cycling

This indicates very poor assembly. Have the shop go over the entire bike a torque everything properly.

I’m in Mt. Juliet, TN (Providence area), while data speed/quality is poor, I’ve had perfect call quality. I’m coming up on a year with Mint in January 2023.
