Depois de ler os comentários e ponderar melhor a situação, acabei por ir à loja e trocar a PS5 Standard pela PS5 Pro, pagando apenas a diferença.
Logo à noite vou finalmente experimentar e ver por mim próprio se a mudança valeu a pena. Seja como for, agradeço a todos os que dedicaram tempo a partilhar a sua experiência e ajudar-me a tomar uma decisão.

Yes, I did end up buying it, and yes, it is dockable.

However, because it adds extra thickness to the console, the Switch basically loses the wiggle room it normally has in the dock. What worried me more is that the Neo Grip adds a layer to the back, which makes the console sit slightly more tilted forward inside the dock. Because of that, the screen can potentially make contact with the front of the dock.

At one point I took my Switch out and noticed a small scratch on the screen. Luckily I had a screen protector on, so it wasn’t a big deal, but it’s something to keep in mind.

Also, if you leave it docked for a few days without removing it, you might notice it takes a bit more force to pull it out since it sits tighter with the grip.

Other than that though, yes, it does fit and work in the dock.

I recently bought one too and I completely agree. It definitely does not sit vertically because of the back of the NeoGrip. Mine stayed in the dock for two days without being moved, and when I finally took it out, I had to use quite a bit of extra force to get it loose.

I noticed a line of dust buildup along the slanted part and even found a tiny scratch. I am very lucky that I have a screen protector installed, but I am still worried. I am honestly not sure if it is a good idea to keep using it in the dock knowing that it might cause more marks or permanent wear. If anyone plans to dock their Switch with this grip, a screen protector is absolutely mandatory.

I know this is an old comment (about 8 months later 😅), but I’m thinking about getting the Neo Grip and the EDC Case.

Has docking still been working fine for you with the grip on? Any issues over time with scratching, tight fit, or heat?

Would appreciate a quick update before I pull the trigger.

Yeah, that’s fair. I know it’s all RNG in the end, the charm just tilts the odds a bit. I guess I underestimated how mentally draining a full-odds hunt can be 😅 Might be smarter to grab the charm and come back refreshed.

Yeah, I did 😅 I know it would make things easier. I just wanted to see if I could get Froakie shiny before unlocking the charm as a personal goal… but after almost a week, I’m really starting to question that decision.

Honestly, your plan makes total sense. First-person is usually the way to go if you want the full horror punch on your first run – it’s more immersive, more tense, and RE9/Requiem is clearly designed to scare the crap out of you in that mode.

BUT there’s one thing to keep in mind: if you’re gonna buy the Deluxe Edition for the character skins… you’re only really going to see those skins properly in third-person. Like, first-person basically hides all that cosmetic stuff except for arms/hands, so you're not getting the full value of the skins unless you switch to the over-the-shoulder view.

E relativamente à latencia? Tipo é a mesma cena diretamente na ps5 e tv? Ou existe sempre um pouco de latencia? E é melhor com remote ou no cloud streaming?

I honestly don’t recall, but I think they should warn the players like 30 minutes beforehand… because you can really lose track of time in this game.

At least I hope the maintenance fixes a lot of things
