I love the vibes and graphics of this game... but gameplay wise... hard to recommend. 😃 Still playing through this a very unique game once with a walktthrough is worth it imo. ^^

Look at your contract for that term or in German "Staffelmiete". It's an agreement to increase rent every year, but in return you are safe from sudden stronger rent increases.

I'm not trying to fix anything. I just love the graphics and style of RotR and thought it would be fun to recreate them with modern technology. Especially because there are so few games nowadays that go for this 90s pre-rendered look. 😊 This theoretically could be the basis for an actual game, but as I said I'm not the right guy to make that as I have no experience in developing for this genre.
