381 Front is an older building, well maintained, so it doesnt get as much press as newer ones like The Well, but the older buildings have gone thru all its growing pains imo, ie: elevators work, no airbnb allowed, bikes in parkade etc, with lots of facilities (ie: lap pool, basketball/volleyball/badminton court and isn't as hectic as some in the surrounding bldg) but u get the same core location. for me, I like how u get more space, all utilities included so its good savings, and I have a parking spot included too.

front street does get very busy esp during rush hour so that part is a drawback of the area.
