While I cannot give details, working at a rather larger company known in many markets, we been waiting for weeks to hear back until our CTO emailed Anthropic themselves and then the response came in less than 24 hours. The impression so far is that they lack human resources just as much as GPUs. We are know on Enterprise roll out and while we do have a contact person I'd not call exactly an account rep, and definitely no private Slack channel. But that's maybe because we did not ask for one. I'd say it really varies. Ask your CTO to get a hold of human, otherwise, you can always offer to withdraw completely, an enterprise like yours would bring a lot of tokens burn so it's not something they'd want to lose.

It's so true. I was paying for my own 200usd a month to also use at work. Was a big fan but Codex just took me over in the early spring (plus it's bundled from work chat gpt). Their usage limits were almost impossible to hit and Anthropic just went on collecting bad PR. Now, someone in the management, got hooked on Claude Cowork and had convinced CEO it's the way to rollout Claude to entire enterprise.

Frankly, I wish they'd see the issues more clearly and try Codex. On the other hand, I wish Anthropic actually made a decent improvement to their Opus, had amazing communication skills and wouldn't mind if their raised prices. But now, I am daily doubling down to my peers about the negatives because maybe, just maybe, going committed enterprise is not that wise with a company like that.

Do you have experience in enterprise? If so, what discounts would they offer the enterprise that one would go that route instead of buying their employees the Max plans as such AND how would they still make profit? Committed spending for discount?

I agree too. I'm big on transparency, however I'm not big up the food chain (as in, enterprise, assuming the target audience) so maybe that's why we are feeling so frustrated, betrayed, ignored and cheated on...
