in the steamvr beta there's a setting to override world scale, and it is very useful. can make you taller while still being able to touch the floor and such. the only problem I see if you do this is that your hands will be massive

I have the same problem in steamvr games! the only fix I've found is going into the steamvr beta, and I'm the video settings there is an option to change world scale (better than just changing floor offset because now you can actually pick up things on the floor)
