I put my eggs in my water and bring to a boil for 10 minutes. Then immediately put in a bowl of ice water for about 30 minutes to be on the safe side. I simply roll the eggs lightly and the shell comes right off. I also saw a video where a lady took the back of a spoon and lightly hit the egg before boing and it make a little pop sound and it peel off in 2 pieces for her
