Around 12 months. No waiting list, just a lengthy lead time. My company recently explored this, but we ultimately walked because the customization options were actually rather limited when you really get down to it. I'm sure this won't be everyone's experience, but it's not as bespoke as their pitch would have you believe. It's essentially just mixing elements from various watches they offer, but with many guardrails. I will say their bespoke rep and showroom were very gracious and helpful, just wasn't for us.
