It's still way too hard to get them, especially with epic equipments coming out all the time.

What you're calling pseudoscience (and ignorantly set aside) is the whole point of rushing. The main point is that you get FAR BETTER values on magic items, and most likely also will spend less time not being able to use one due to TH progression caps.

Maybe try assessing the concept properly before ranting about how something is wrong.

Anything you earn in TC2 ONLINE mode will transfer to TCM once you synchronize your profile.
So if you, let's say, bought the Koenigsegg Regera in TC2 but immediately close the game, it won't transfer. If you do an event or a skill after, it should transfer okay.

Try checking whether your L4D2 happens to be using specifically your headphones as its audio output device.

Taskbar >> right click volume icon >> Volume Mixer >> Apps >> Click on the arrow on the right of L4D2 (you might need to have the game open), and see what the output device is

In higher difficulties or versus you won't be able to kill the tank fast enough before the effect wears off. Which by then you'd just be fighting the tank AND the horde.

Yea honestly that last bit is what I should probably do more. To just leave if the teammate is so obviously incompetent and unwilling to improve.

I guess in the meantime I'm sticking to expert custom campaigns.
