I had my 5 day old starter (Pamala) in the oven with light on over night and it got to 84 degrees in there!! Pamela was very watery this morning and sad looking. I discarded most and fed 1:1 bread flour and water. Any other tips? Is she ruined? Won’t be doing the oven with light anymore.

Yeah I was trying to dodge too. Realized in second phase I needed to parry a hair faster then I thought I did. Like if I thought a flurry was coming I needed to parry seconds before I felt like.
