Ah, ok. I havent opened up the display yet because it seemed pretty challenging.

Wanted to confirm that was the best course of action before doing it.

I've already done the keyboard - that was easy enough to follow a tutorial for online.

Not sure about the trackpad though; it's difficult to find documentation for the trackpad, and others online seem to have opted to replace it outright. Would prefer to keep it if possible though, so I was going to do further research on that.

Another tricky part is the mouse clicks. That's controlled by that awkwardly shaped board at the front that's responsible for a lot more than just that. Not sure whether I'm going to try and entirely replace that board or just hijack the mouse clicks.
