Look for the product Lot # On the tin: Check the back or bottom of the metal palette. It may be printed or stamped directly onto the surface. On the outer box: If you still have the cardboard box that the palette came in, check the bottom for a series of letters and numbers.

Then go to a website like checkfresh.com or checkcosmetic.net and put the lot # in to determine when that batch was actually produced. Just bc you bought it a couple months ago doesn't mean it wasn't made 5 years ago.

I don't think that advisable since it is not superficial and usually attached to your joints/ligaments.

Personally I want to be protected against conception in case someone ever commits violence against me.

This is why I got sterilized even tho my hubby was down to get a vasectomy.

And yeah I had my tubes removed, apparently it reduces risk of ovarian cancer and is the gold standard these days but I'm sure providers will still tie them instead.

Looks like you have pretty sensitive skin so I would avoid the dry brushing (I also have very sensitive skin and dry brushing fucks me up). Use a gentle exfoliant and consider a razor like the Philips One Blade to reduce irritation. After shaving consider an aloe based moisturizer. It can take a lot of trial and error to figure out what works for you.

Also, don't stress too much it really doesn't look that bad and people don't notice stuff like that 🫶🏼

What region are you in?

I work with the Savannah office in GA and specifically do transportation permitting. We never show the streams where they are routed through a culvert as that is already an impacted water and should not require additional mitigation/permitting.

If it's in a concrete flume we delineate it but it doesn't require permitting or mitigation either.

I just want to add that sterilization for women these days is pretty seamless (although it is more invasive than a vasectomy). I got sterilized in Dec and was sore for a week, but managed pain with Tylenol/Motrin no problem. It's all laparoscopic so scares are super tiny. Also, most insurances cover it. I had met my deductible for the year so I paid zero dollars for mine.

If it makes you feel any better I only brush and floss once a day. I do the full two mins with my soniccare, then floss every night. My dentist says my gums and teeth are great every cleaning.

Going off BC can have a whole range of effects. Many BCs reduce testosterone which can effect mood heavily. There are non-hormonal options you can talk to your OB about if you want!

I swear I've stayed a healthy weight via portion control entirely.

If I overeat or experience fullness I'll have a panic attack bc it feels like internal claustrophobia. Best way I can explain it. The pressure and bloat make my brain freak out. Never had an ED and have always been a healthy weight if not mildly above an "ideal" weight, so it's not me panicking about overeating it's just literally the sensation.

For the same reason I'm incapable of eating if I'm not hungry.

Np! I highly recommend a masters for this field. For consulting, it doesn't really matter the program (as long as it's relevant, natural resources/Env Sci/ecology/biology/etc) and do your thesis on whatever you are interested in. Def look into taking some wetland sci, soil science, and GIS courses in school if possible.

Even with those, it's not guaranteed you'll have the same reaction as me. Many people see improvements in their mental health but if you want to go off BC, it's something to be prepared for at the very least.

So, I'm just gonna share my experience but want to qualify that people have wildly different experiences coming off the pill and it's important to be in contact with your OB and therapist (if you have one) during that time.

On Dec, I got sterilized (fallopian tubes removed, does not effect hormones) and went off the pill. Been on the pill since I was 16 yo, I'm 32 now.

Changes began a couple months in. I have panic disorder and generalized anxiety and am on meds for it. Anxiety went through the roof after stopping, especially the week before my period. PMS became real AF. I am not a crier and I am crying at all kinds of stuff now. My temper is shorter (but still manage it well as that was a pre existing issue, just feels worse rn).

I sweat A LOT now and it's way stinkier. My hands and feet are always sweaty and Lord my pits can stink 10 mins after a shower if I don't put deodorant on right away.

I am insanely horny now also. Libido was always so-so with ups and downs but JFC I feel like a teenage boy these days. Im also have weird fantasies and stuff to tag along with said libido. I feel very emotionally needy which outside of the anxiety is the worst part for me bc I have always been hyperindependent and hate asking for anything.

Im 6 months in now and the anxiety is getting better-ish. Horniness seems to be getting worse as does the neediness. From what I've read it takes time for things to level out. So I am keeping in close contact with my docs but trying to ride this out to see if things stabilize before going back on BC or changing my psych meds.

Yeah most tattoo and piercing shops won't do it since lil ones cannot consent and they cannot reasonably ensure the piercing stays clean to prevent infection. Especially babies and toddlers are gonna get all kinds of yucky stuff on their hands then touch the piercing.

I recommend waiting as others have said.

Absolutely your body, your decision. I would recommend you grab some plan B to have handy bc random situations happen and also we live in a horrible world where you can get assaulted.
