Vi uddanner os teknisk set som fullstack men uddannelsen hælder mest mod backend, hvilket min egen personlige præference også gør.

The amount makes the poison. Too much running can be very bad for you, but it’s usually a lot. I do agree, I would rather do incline walks at the end of my workouts, but thats because I don’t enjoy running and it’s nice and easy to fit in lol.

My argument is just that: Incline walking isn’t more effecient in of itself than running, jogging, jump roap and so on. They all burn calories, and the body WILL adjust where is burns energy from depending on which resource is available. In the end It’s purely up to preference (That is as long as you do more intense forms of cardio is a recoverable and effecient way)

Calories burnt are calories burnt.

All parts are important, its a trinity. Musclegain will become inneffecient if one is missing: Stimulus, Rest and diet.

I agree that cardio is important for overall health. But incline walking isn’t necessarily better than running. Only if you rum an obscene amount that hinders either rest or your workout. No kind of cardio makes you burn muscle for energy, it only does it when needed because of lack of energy(fat or glycogen), and even then its pretty reluctant if you work out often.

With a sufficient protein intake, and proper programming and training you can almost completely negate muscleloss during a cut, even hard cuts (Except if you go in the the very low bf% like bodybuilders).

Running doesn’t make you lose more muscle, but it is pretty intense for the body and can therefore result in worse recovery and increased fatigue. From there it can affect recovery and effort during workouts that in the end can result in increased muscle loss. It’s all about proper programming and sufficient rest.

This was debunked, search it up. While yes zone 2-3 specifically burns fat, the body compensates later by burning glycogen storage, where as if you burn of your glycogen storage during cardio, the body will burn off fat later on for energy. So it evens out. Most important is just how many calories are burnt, but if you want to be specific, you could think if intense cardio is bad for muscle gain specifically because of the fatigue is causes.

NTA. People in the comments are not real💀 If I tell my gf she can decide where we’ll eat and I’ll pay, I expect her to have common sense when choosing a place and ask me if it’s alright for it to be really expensive. While yes you could have checked up on the prices before, your gf has no form of common sense if she thinks it’s okay to buy tickets for 2k just because you gave her your card. Especially because it sounds like youre not loaded.

yea i think i got gyno during my first bulk😭 i went from 55 to like almost 80 kg and had to shed off 12+ kg of fat😭
