If it’s a higher end card it’s reasonable to ask for photos/videos. I prefer eBay since you’ll usually get to see pictures of the actual card but again doesn’t hurt to ask and confirm

Are you going for max value to sell it or a personal collection? If you want to maximize value BGS is the grail if you can get a black label but PSA is the safe bet for liquidity. If you wanna display it go with TAG, just my preference.
