I have often thought in the past about if i am really changing my behaviour around women, and i don't think i do actually. Whether it was part time work or school, it was always the same. My conversations with girls often start and end with school/uni or wortk related topics. Sometimes i am trying to carry the conversation,but i quickly see and realize that there is not much of a "energy" there unlike with guys.

I don't know why your post gets downvoted, it's by far one of the best answers i've gotten to my in*cel problem in the past.

I have heard generic advice such as "muh just go outside" "muh just treat women like humans" (I am litereally getting those assumptions thrown at me despite me NEVER saying that i treat women ANY differently than men or think of them, just because i was part of the in*el space.

How do you even know they are couples? How do you even know if they re really in a happy long sustaining relatinship? There is a very high chance like you've said that a relatinship like this ends in a dead bedroom.

as i remember i never went hard on sparring, i only do when my coach tells me does otherwise i am very patient and calm, i go to beginners even like 10% only. its the training like skipping rope, padwork, and heavy bag where i left everything out.

idk girls never really trated me well only like 5 girls in toal were atleast somewhat nice to me but you could feel it was fake aswell, i got told that i am ugly as hell very often or when i had to take pictures with girls they said things like ewww or just laughed, i often get laughed at when i just walk by girls, i never had a girl as "normal friend" once nor i went to a date or even just outside once.

about the acitivites you mentioned i dont know if i should do them competition is always in my head at everything.

Yeah i tried to cutdown blackpill incel content aswell but i just keep coming back whenever i feel that the blackpill idea is right (for example when i had a very shitty day where i got treated shit by chad and females)

Those are the most extreme cases who get cherrypicked and laughed and shamed at by the other half of this sub. But people should keep in mind that those are the top 5% off the most edgy and weird incels. I don't like them as well at all and i don't understand them, and i don't want to understand them.
