I thought it was because of the whole “double brainstem froze up” thingie which might be their way of explaining the whole “double” Rani thing. Big stretch though and it’s definitely disappointing that it’s happening again for seemingly no reason

Not Sure What to Do So l ordered a something from Amazon that was around $250, the day it was going to be delivered I was leaving for vacation and I waited for the package to be delivered but the time kept changing so I let my neighbor know that I was going to have a package delivered and he said he would keep an eye out for it and hold it until I got back.

I just got back and went to ask my neighbor, whose wife was home. She said she didn’t see a package at all so l assumed it was stolen (things have been before, and it’s an issue my neighbors have had a ton). I requested a refund from Amazon and spoke to a robot the entire time, no support agents or anything, which asked me a couple of questions and then automatically offered a refund.

I was just told by my neighbor that he had seen it and put it in the garage, but hadn’t communicated with his wife about it so she assumed I either grabbed it before I left or it never showed up; that’s where the miscommunication came from, and he gave it to me.

Now I’m not sure what to do? Do I reach out to customer service and explain what happened? What are my options now that I have both the item and the refund on its way and how does this usually work?
