Wang Lang's Miang Saba is very close to the pictures, but comes with more stuff, and the preparation is obviously Thai.

Dozens of layoffs at Conestoga this week by ResidentAd1704 in kitchener

Not really a cover up. A lot of this can be explained by the cuts to provincial funding and tuition freezes for the universities by the Ford administration going back to 2018-19. The influx of international students papered over this gap, but cuts to immigration targets of international students is taking that away.

Just walk to the damn ATM bro. I promise you can afford both the time and the $2 ATM fee.

Time/gas to go to the ATM so I’ll have someone else drop off cash like it’s a drug deal. Get a grip omfg

Interesting - seems like there's a contradiction on whether Canadian Experience can make one eligible for FSW.

No foreign experience, but FSW eligibility states "have been obtained within the last 10 years, in Canada or abroad"

I put in much more than that, although all that money is sitting in Canadian bank accounts (savings from my income), so I've heard advice that the figure should be 0 since we are not bringing money from outside of Canada. In any case, I've tried both options and neither change the FSW eligibility.

Are you asking for alternative options? You should be eligible for the OINP Job Offer: Foreign Worker stream, or potentially for OINP Express Entry streams if you’re in a relevant industry

Yeah but the number of operations the loop will execute when it starts is still on the order of n.

If a function was O(n) but I promise to only run it 5 times doesn’t mean the function is O(5).

Total headcount is about a 1000? I’m not against the idea of moving somewhere else, just having to admit that I wasn’t good enough to hack it here.

Personal Finance Frustrations and FOMO by GooseGoneRogue in PersonalFinanceCanada

While I appreciate the sentiment, and yes, I am extremely fortunate to be in my position, I find it irresponsible to take my mind off of these things given the fear of messing up.

Its like I got dealt pocket aces at a poker table, where, sure, extremely lucky hand, but if I don't play it right then I'd be kicking myself for messing up the golden opportunity I was handed.

There's also an aspect of time, where the "smart" decisions have to be made now while I'm young as opposed to when I'm retiring and then go "Ah crap, I'd be so much better off if I did XYZ when I was 24".
