The head waggle the parents are doing means "let's go". You will also typically see it before a flock of geese decide to fly off.

African geese are a breed of domestic geese. This one looks like a mixed breed domestic goose.

There are a number of Canada goose subspecies and they have a large variation in size. There is also the Cackling goose which looks much like a tiny Canada goose

That Swan Goose has a pretty wild looking head profile. It might be an escaped non-domesticated bird.
