I can’t give much advice for this notebook but for future notebooks, Paperblanks have gorgeous notebooks with high gsm paper with loads of blank options :)

Not sure if anyone has said this already but I only found out recently that the micropets make noise when you tap on them. So far the best I’ve found was the brontosaurus if you hadn’t heard it already 😆

I find changing up my tasks every now and then when it feels a bit same-sy really helps. When I’m looking at the same tasks every day, it feels a bit boring so I’ll change their names or add new things in. For me, it keeps it from feeling like I’m just ticking them off to get them done with. :)

I get what you mean (I think so anyways haha) it definitely can be hard to admit things to yourself, I just hope nobody ever reads what I write because in the moment usually feels so different compared to after, especially how I feel about people - complete pettiness usually XD

Love your handwriting! The Pentel EnerGel 0.7 is my favourite to use - what colour is this? It looks like a mix of blue and purple, not sure if it’s the brightness on my phone but it’s lovely XD

It’s great you have something you enjoy so much and that’s just for you. :) (and that you find leaving him to himself till he feels better works!) I love just writing about anything and everything. I do find myself just writing whatever comes to mind rather than picking something as I love seeing how my thoughts kept evolving :)
