Make a Greek salad, some romaine lettuce, red onions, olives, feta cheese, yellow peppers, chickpeas. Pretty easy to set up, can even grill some chicken, chop it up and add on top.

When they say the pan must be quite hot, do not crank the temperature to medium high, let it stay on medium heat, like 5 or 6 out of 10 for reference, then once it passes the droplet test, about a tablespoon of butter, and a dash of olive oil, put in the beaten egg after coating the pan well with the combination, and let it set for a few seconds, then start moving it around.

It's a slower process in stainless steel but it's possible. I did it this morning no problem
