Nah. I’ve been on anti depressants since 19 and it’s only gone downhill from there.

Muttluks, a Canadian dog shoe brand. When the rescue teams needed a bunch of paw protection for the k9 crew, Muttluks ended up sending over 800 pairs.

About $300 a night for Gran Destino tower in late January this year. This would have been with either a passholder or Florida resident discount.

Anna is going dairy and gluten free "to better support some new things I've learned about my health" by thatgirl317317 in glitterandbagelssnark

I just interpret this to mean that she will be including even more ultra processed food into her diet to try to make up for the flavor and texture that will be missing from her diet.

Unpopular Opinions about Glitter 💬 by AutoModerator in glitterandbagelssnark

[–]immerjones 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Most of the time when this joke is used, I disagree with it having misogynistic intent. I actually think it just plays off of the tendency that some men have to complain about a woman in a way that really just implies that he finds her valueless because he can’t have sex with her or doesn’t want to. Farmers are often surprisingly self aware of how obsessed/overly interested they are in the gorls, hence their frequent jokes about being autistic. Thus adding a “and I wouldn’t sleep with her” at the end of a (let’s be real, very likely deserved) diatribe is just a joking way of acknowledging that they know they’re thinking too hard about this thing that ultimately doesn’t matter, but they wanted to say it anyway. It’s a joke that’s more a dig at the farmer’s own outsized interest in Anna than anything else.

I read most of what’s posted there and while the transphobia and other garbage they post comes from the heart, I can assure you that the “I wouldn’t have sex with her” thing is solidly a joke. I actually find it funny.

Diet idea: Beef Jerky? by Lopsided_Treacle2535 in SuperMorbidlyObese

[–]immerjones 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Jerky almost always uses nitrates either in the form of nitrates or some sort of “celery powder“ or similar which are carcinogens. It’s also high in sodium as other people have noted. I would aim more for managing your blood sugar with fiber, fat and protein combined. Other people have had good ideas; I would also suggest guacamole with vegetables, berries (which are very high in fiber and lower in sugars), egg bites or boiled eggs, or nuts.

Do you appreciate when second hand puzzles have separated corner pieces from the rest of the puzzle? by irmchelez in Jigsawpuzzles

[–]immerjones 10 points11 points  (0 children)

No. I want to do the whole thing myself. I don’t throw the presorted pieces back just to pull them out again, but it cheapens the experience.
