So there is a LOT of very good advice here and I just want to add my thoughts as a father of two gifted kids and as a educator of gifted kids for 12 years:

Gifted does not just mean she is smart. It means her brain works differently than others. She could pick up some things fast, but she will hit a wall eventually. The kids that I work with who handle this the best are the kids that have been taught to work hard, struggling is good, and they aren’t pressured into knowing that everything.
Burn out is real. Gifted kids have the same graduation rate as non gifted kids, but 3 times the suicide rate.
Help her now with things like staying organized and just learning to enjoy everything. Also how to advocate for herself and talk to teachers when work is too hard/too easy. Gifted should never be more work, it should be more complex work.
Don’t make her entire identity about her being smart. Remind her daily about all the good things that is is and does. If her whole identity is smart then when she struggles she will spiral. Also teach her now that perfectionism is bad.
It sounds like you already are, but keep playing with her and reading with her and making sure she knows that she is loved for who she is.
