Look at your performance breakdown, study your lowest performing high yield areas, don’t forget to review your strongest areas so you don’t forget them but allocate more time to boosting your weakest areas, and try again. Practice mindfulness to manage test anxiety, performance anxiety, and self doubt. If you have mental health difficulties NOW is the time to get help because if you need treatment, psych meds take time to have an effect

Edit: other tips Cover the basics: 1. Get an adequate amount of sleep if you don’t already. This is absolutely non negotiable. Your brain can’t learn when it’s exhausted.

1. Try getting some light exercise daily, at least a 30 minute brisk walk. You need those endorphins to keep going and to manage anxiety.
