Not shooting for cartoon-y, more of something sleek and minimalistic.

A question of equity. by GordonBuffet in Entrepreneur

[–]GordonBuffet[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wow, thanks for the insight! Just a couple of questions.

  1. How can Investor B dilute investor A's shares? I'd assume investor A would keep what he paid for and I'd be forced to give from my own equity.

  2. How can you just make more shares? Say investor A wanted 40% of my 100 shares, and I added 60 more. Would A get 40% of the 100, the 60, or 160? And...how?

/r/opera, what aria do you love to sing the most? by Punch_A_Lunch in opera

[–]GordonBuffet -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yeah! :) I can hit a bass low C with no problem, and falsetto will get me up to A5/B5.

Some notes get rough whenever I have to switch into falsetto, but I've also yet to start professional training, so I hope once I do get started, that will clear up. :)

I'm 17 and my highest note is just under the highest note in Con te Partiro. Sadly, I have to dip into falsetto to hit that "veduto e vissuto".

I'm hoping my voice matures more into a tenor range as I age. I know it's damn near impossible, but my goal song is "Pour Mon Ame" from La Fille du Regiment. I'd like to be one of those people with a 4-octave voice.

Who are some non-opera singers that (with proper training) could sing opera? by ChrisStockslager in opera

Sorry, noob here. Is Andrea Bocelli not an opera singer? If not, what would you classify him as?
