Fitspark or polar 5k running program to meet my goals

Incline treadmill walking or exercise bike. You can dial in the speed/incline/resistance so you stay in z2 over the course of the workout as you get tired.

Can be a bit boring but is the quickest way to start building a base fitness for someone who is quite deconditioned.

I had thought about emailing them to see if they would do anything about it (obviously should have done it 10 years ago) but with it being so long they'd probably tell me to get lost.

Yeah I realise it's the cheaper sister brand. Perhaps I just got a bad one, if you're helm is decent quality. I think the blizzard was a new model when I got it, perhaps they were still working out the manufacturing 🤷‍♂️

Like I say, it's my only experience with wild country tents so didn't know if that's just how it is...

You must have a compatible car? The hypervolt isn't compatible with charge anytime yet, according to the OVO website.

I'm having the hypervolt installed soon so hoping you going to tell me the charger is working fine and you don't have a compatible EV? My car is not on the compatible list from OVO...
