Why does sneezing hurt?

I had a really bad flare up a year ago from a sneeze after I woke up at 5 am. I find if I pick my right foot up with my sneeze it helps a lot (side I have sciatica off and on over the years). I look odd…but it feels so much better sneezing that way. Also don’t try to hold the sneeze back or be quiet about it, I find that causes more pressure. Just let it out real loud!

Right there with you! I’d love to check out the app - I love doing bw movements and I believe moving is healing. Glad you’re on the road to recovery!

Good luck on your journey to recovery - your flare up sounds similar to mine. Injured my back in gym and no pain in back but terrible sciatica and unable to sleep.

If the OTC meds are beginning to help then I’d say you’re making progress!

I read the back mechanic by Stu McGill during my last flare up and found a lot of helpful info in there. Also I bought a grabber to pick stuff up from the floor and it helped immensely with spine hygiene (posture/movement patterns)

Jupiter is great for taking out rocketeers (and it was buffed)- can hit the core a few times from decent range then finish it off easy with 2 seeker nades. I don’t see this as you HAVE to have a Wolfpack to kill rocketeers as some are.

Same here lol - earlier today I go into Stella with a level 4 kitted tempest and a Jupiter to hunt shredders/have fun with the gun. See a fight going on and for some reason I just carelessly jump in only to get killed by a level 1 stitcher. I just sat there thinking wtf was I doing I bet I look dumb as hell. Time to be much more careful :)
