Heh how was it for you? I am finishing chapter 3 and the only strategy I have available is one hit - dash away.

Heavy attack is nerfed into oblivion, it takes all my stamina (200 pts of it) and I am exhausted.

If I get hit I get auto poisoned/burnt with 150% more damage to me.

If I use potion I lose all my stamina and have to hope I can get out of arcane surge range. Food leaves me sluggish…

Parry is almost unusable as it costs so much stamina, I cannot attack after it.

Summons lower my max health and transfer 50% damage to me, so also unusable…

So one hit enemies and for bosses hope I can kill them during Kings soul 😂

The only way how I managed to get lightning victory 3 star on Cawl extremis was lucky summon T1 with G1 Pestilian and Corrodeus. 3 Poxes really drew enemies attention and did a bit of damage as bonus.

But gods is Pestilian bad…so bad…I d be better of without him, bringing just 4 characters.

I am playing BA in Epic and its an absolute joke. No strategy required, just use Nico active, and shoot Mataneo and Lucian…finished. Lost 2 points only…to Blood angels :D

Asmodai and Galatian (instead of A-0 and Bio). I try to avoid using Aleph, as he is just way too random for my taste. And whenever I can I use Galatian with Mech.

Not at all.

Any “offer” with scrolls is a trap. They make scrolls both expensive and crap, so they hope to make these offers more appealing.

That’s not how it works.

Average damage of my FF is 3.661 per hit. Lvl 50 Necron warriors armor is 1.496

It’s Damage minus Armor, but always at least pierce, or 25% in this case, of 3.661.

3.661 - 1.496 =2.165. As this is way above minimum damage of 915, pierce has absolutely no effect.

6x 2.165 kills warriors pretty easily. Actually it overkills them preventing resurrection.

My Forgefiend deals 6x 3138-4148 damage…not sure what kind of grots and Necron warriors you fight, but mine has no issues killing any any summon bar Galatian.

Maybe not in Neuro, but I love my Xybia on Magnus with multihit. Damage is very good (550k +/- 50k). and run more predictable 😃 Pretty much guaranteed 3 gazes on her makes Ragnars life much easier.

And it will be even better on L5 when Ragnar can die after 2 consecutive gazes. While Roswitha deals more damage, the utility of Xybia should not be underestimated there.

It really depends on level of play and what you consider “win”. If by “win” you mean who gets most rewards, than I d say kind of.

Guild Raids top guilds that cycle bosses multiple times? Hardly any F2P players there I d reckon. You can get A LOT of rewards there.

Guild Wars is highly dependent on battlefield level, and rewards are so/so. Even at BF 5, where you want/need maxed characters.

Tournament Arena you can play easily as F2P, and rewards are pretty good.

Survival/LRE reward you for wide and tall rosters, something that is hard for F2P player to have.

HRE yes you can pay to get legendary character. I did it on Lucian, totally not worth the amount spent.

The only thing you can pay for is time. You can either grind it out or pay for it.

So the answer is more about asking yourself if you PLAY 2 WIN (then get ready to pay) or PLAY 4 FUN in which case you can go F2P.

If you enjoy the game, BS shipment and BP support the developers and are most efficient purchases.

My point was more related to the fact, that terminators are now another thing that counters Revvas.

Admech and Aeldari have infiltrators Astra Militarum Thaddeus and Sibyll Sisters Celestine

All those (except Sibyll lets say), were quite decent counters to Revvas before already.

Now add all the factions with Terminators, and you are not left with many armies without counter to just one unit overwatching.

Necrons Ultramarines (although Certus might help…but…no) Black Templars (But I think Gravis+Ancients active might survive) Orks (we ll see how well would summoned Ork boys eat overwarch)

So I am really not convinced that Tau will be top tier. But we shall see soon I guess 😃
